About the Role
Puraite is building AI-powered tools that transform how medical researchers conduct systematic literature reviews. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our MVP and drive it from concept to launch and beyond.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and product development—collaborating with our technical and clinical teams to build tools that researchers love.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the Product: Define features, write specs, and prioritize what ships next
- Talk to Users: Conduct interviews, run beta tests, and gather feedback from pharmaceutical researchers
- Drive Iteration: Use data and user insights to continuously improve the product
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and clinical advisors
- Build for Scale: Set foundations for a product that will serve thousands of researchers
Who You Are
- You’ve shipped products before and understand the full product lifecycle
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can make decisions with incomplete information
- You have strong analytical skills and use data to validate assumptions
- You communicate clearly and can align stakeholders around a vision
- You’re curious about AI/ML and excited to learn how it can solve real problems

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization for our evidence synthesis platform
- Work directly with founders to shape product strategy and vision
- Conduct user research with pharmaceutical researchers and clinicians
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship features
- Run product experiments and iterate based on user feedback
- Build and maintain product documentation and specifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
- Strong understanding of user research and data-driven decision making
- Experience working with technical teams and AI/ML products
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in healthcare, medical research, or scientific workflows
